A $7.95 shipping rate applies to all orders. 2-day shipping is offered for $19.95 as well, should you need your order more quickly. Please note that shipping time is calculated after your proof has been approved. We are happy to provide tracking information upon request.

What type of paper are the cards printed on?
For our press-printed cardstock double-sided or folded cards, you may choose between uncoated eco-friendly, matte, linen or watercolor finish. Our single sided cards are printed on high quality photo paper in a matte finish. If you're not sure which you'd prefer, we'll be happy to send a sample card pack for $3.
What are the options for double sided printing?
We offer the unique option of double sided printing. You may print pictures and/or a greeting on the back of the card and the background with be a color that coordinates with the front of your card. For folded cards, you may also print a greeting on the inside of the card. Unfortunately, double sided printing is not possible on our photo paper cards. Please note that the PaperBoxPress logo will appear on the back of your card.
What are your photograph requirements?
You will email your digital photographs or scanned photographs when your order is placed. We recommend a minimum of 300dpi. If the photo is scanned, you need to be sure that it is scanned at a minimum of 300dpi. The quality of the image you send will effect your finished product, so be sure to ask any questions if you have them. Unfortunately, we can only accept electronic photographs, no hard copies or originals. See our photo requirements page for more information.
Can you edit my photographs?
Yes, we have the capability of cropping, correcting red-eye, touching up minor blemishes, and converting to both sepia-tone and black and white. For the best results, we prefer to receive the unaltered original photos. There is a $5 charge for photo editing.
Will I receive a proof?
We will email you a proof of your announcement before printing. Please note that some cropping may occur when your announcement goes to print. Proofs are typically sent out 24-48 hours after you submit your order and photos.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Once you finalize your proof, it will take approximately 4-6 business days for your order to arrive on your doorstep. Keep in mind, we do not have complete control over our shipping vendors and delivery times are NOT guaranteed. We do not provide refunds for late packages. Rush 2 day delivery is available for $19.95. Please note that shipping may take longer during the holidays, so we encourage you to place your order as much in advance as possible!
What if there is an error on the items once I receive the order?
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with our product, so we provide unlimited proof revisions for free. If you find an error or need corrections AFTER your product has been sent to print, we can only correct it at your cost. We strongly encourage you to scrutinize every detail of each proof that you receive because we are not perfect...only human! Please understand that we cannot account for differences in color between our monitor and yours. Slight differences in color/shade between your online proof and the printed card can occur. Also, the quality and color of the photos is dependent on the photo that you submit, so please read our photo requirements for further information.
Can I use photographs taken by a photographer?
Absolutely! Just make sure you have permission to do so. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement claims.
